Similarly, a street food shop in Bhilwara district has become popular among the people. The name of this shop is Pappu Bhai Paratha Wala. Although there is intense heat in the state, people are still reaching Pappu Bhai’s shop from far and wide to taste his paratha.

Pappu Bhai told in a special conversation with Local 18 that he makes many types of parathas. But people find the taste of their Malai Paratha so delicious that despite the scorching heat, people come from far and wide to eat their Malai Paratha.

Shop operator Bhagwan Das told that people come to us from far and wide demanding parathas and sometimes people have to stand in line and wait for parathas. 20 types of parathas are prepared here and the menu of parathas changes every week. People like this method of ours a lot. Bhagwan Das, popularly known as Pappu Bhai in the entire Bhilwara city, says that people lovingly call him Pappu Bhai. He told that he makes parathas of regional vegetables which are available in his shop in the entire Bhilwara district. Also, before preparing paratha, he prepares his own spices.
This is the price of paratha
Pappu Bhai told that in times of inflation, people like good food at low prices, hence we have kept our prices accordingly. At our shop, different parathas are available ranging from Rs 10 to Rs 100, which include potato, cabbage, salted onion, potato onion, mixed vegetables, cream and lentil parathas. Bhagwan Das of Pappu Bhai Parantha said that such parathas are available in our shop whose names surprise people but when they taste them, they keep licking their fingers.
